More about aliases
Aliases allows you to share different email addresses with other people too! In fact, the email address you log-in to ProtonMail with should not be the email you send from. So your email log-in will always be private just to you (and your password manager), and never out there on the Internet!
You can have different email aliases for different purposes. For work, writing, art, family/friends, etc. If you manage multiple domains, the paid plan from Addy.io is worthwhile -- you have unlimited email aliases for your domains!

Get a domain from a site like Porkbun (cheap and great offering.)
Then configure your domain with your new mail provider!
(Make sure you set-up email forwarding from your old address to your new one!)
๐ฆ 7. Browser Containers and Social Media
Social media companies and corporate apps you log into (e.g. Amazon, Google, Microsoft) can track you across your browser, as you visit different pages.
You now have a defense: ๐ฆ Browser Containers!
Scroll top-left to "File > New Container Tab". If you click one of the options, it will open a new tab that tracks data like its a seperate browser!
Now, click "File > New Container Tab > Manage Containers", and make some containers for some of the sites where you don't want to leak your browsing data. (Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)
Finally, open the container tab for each site you made, and log-into that site! You can now store your log-in and password in your password manager when you sign in, and update your email on that account to your new email address!
In the future, when going back to that site, click "New Container Tab > [Site]" first, to keep them from seeing your browsing data!
As you sign into these sites, you can also update your email/account log-in with "email aliases" on your new address โ so they don't have your actual email address, and if there's ever a hack, your real email address won't be included!
๐ด 8. Add the New Tab Suspender Extension
Sick of your computer getting slow with all the tabs? This extension "pauses" tabs automatically after a certain period of time (without closing them!) When you want the page again, just go back to the tab!
You can set tabs to close after 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour of inactivity
Be careful when filling out forms or social posts that don't save your progress โ paused tabs might lose what you had entered in the forms! You can click "Do not suspend this tab" to prevent that, and add websites to a "whitelist" so those pages will never get paused
๐ 9. Replace Google Drive with 
Google can snoop on content in your Drive, use it for A.I., and its even allegedly starting to moderate/censor content โ removing files it deems problematic.
OnlyOffice is a great alternative, with collaborative documents, spreadsheets, and even better slideshow creation (in our opinion.)
It has free plans, and it's open-source and private!
It's more user-friendly than CryptPad, and there can be a benefit to not having all your services on Proton/ProtonDrive โ so your data is divided amongst different providers.

F-Droid allows you to install applications without Google.
Shelter is an app that allows you to open different apps on your phone in different "profiles" seperate from each other, similar to browser containers.
So if you want to open an app and make sure it doesn't have any access to the rest of your data on your phone, you can open it on Shelter. Try it with a photo or video sharing application โ if you open your Galley, you'll see it doesn't have access to any files or data or apps in the rest of your phone!
